lucas@homelab:~$ chezmoi managed
What I use, and where the configs live.
The dotfiles are separate repos so each can be public on its own.
- radio controlled with the Keychron knob

- workmux git worktrees as tmux windows

- neovim inside tmux, inside WezTerm
- zebar pomodoro, date, the goal I am on

- zsh autocomplete on my custom block CLI

- tmux
- Rounded Catppuccin pills, session left, path right, no clock. Plugins: sessionx, tmux-nvim navigator, resurrect + continuum
- zsh + zinit
- Prompt, fzf, aliases, custom completions, and atuin.
- neovim
- Lua config. LeetCode in Rust from inside the editor via leetcode.nvim.
- wezterm
- Terminal on Windows and WSL, Catppuccin, JetBrains Mono.
- chezmoi
- Manages secrets across WSL and Windows: the three repos above are externals, bootstrap scripts install the rest.
- GlazeWM
- Tiling window manager on Windows, three monitors, workspaces pinned per screen.
- zebar
- Floating Catppuccin islands over GlazeWM, with a pomodoro timer built in and a break overlay.
- Obsidian
- A few hundred notes. Pulsar Graph came out of wanting to see them over time.
- Claude Code
- Daily driver for infra and plumbing, with custom skills; a nightly sandboxed agent runs on the homelab.
- Proxmox VE 8
- One node. Intel i5-8400, an NVIDIA GTX 1060 3 GB that the host drives and shares with containers.
- Terraform + Ansible
- Everything on the node comes from these. Remote state in Cloudflare R2; CI plans before apply.
- Tailscale
- Subnet router. Nothing has public ingress.
- SOPS + age
- Secrets live encrypted in the repo.
- Prometheus + Grafana
- Metrics and dashboards across every service, GPU included.
- Ollama
- Local models on the GPU, from its own container.
- Pi-hole · Caddy
- DNS blocking on a schedule; reverse proxy inside the tailnet.
- Python
- ML, pipelines, LifeOS.
- C++
- Heat-Model, RedLine, CUDA kernels.
- Rust
- LeetCode and the KV-store rework.
- TypeScript
- Pulsar Graph, this site.
- Go
- kv-store.
